"Ventura Villa" is situated in a good residential area and is well maintained. The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 10 people and includes:

• Queen size bed in the en-suite master bedroom

• 3 twin bedded rooms with a further bathroom between.

• Large airy lounge and adjoining dining area has cable television and a video and music system

• Telephone with local calls free and long distance calls can be made with any major credit card or BT charge card.

• The kitchen is equipped to the highest standards and includes fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal etc.,

• Automatic washing machine and tumble dryer in the large double garage.

• Patio doors lead to the large screened swimming pool, equipped with patio table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and winter pool heating if required.

• All bed linen and towels supplied.

The Owners supply directions to the villa from the airports and popular car-hire depots, including maps so they are easy to find.

The villa pool has solar heating for the summer months (free of charge), and heat pumps for the winter months (free / chargeable, depending on the booking arrangements) in our opinion pool heating is advisable unless it is the height of summer, for your best enjoyment.

The villa is in Orlando Kissimmee and about a mile from the local shops. There's a Wallmart about 3 miles away and Disney and the theme parks are nearby. Shopping malls are like theme parks in themselves. International Drive is a popular shoppong area whilst Belz is a factory outlet discount centre. The Florida Mall is on Orange Blossom Trail and Down Town Disney is the place to go to prove that you have been to Disney!
