Villa rental with pool near St Tropez in the heart of the Var

A lovely villa set on two levels near the village of Les Arc in the heart of the Var. The French Riviera beaches and resorts of St. Tropez and St. Maxime are a short drive away. An alternative to the sea is the simply glorious heated pool, which has an outside shower, small fountain and very elegant surrounds that include a covered eating area.

The house is ideal for family holidays with its pool, small garden and electric gates. The shaded terrace looks across the pool to an elegant sun-trap that features plants in large containers.

The Accommodation - 4 bedrooms

The pool is a wonderful feature of this family villa, and it provides a back-drop to the covered al fresco dining area that features a built-in barbecue. An extra fridge has thoughtfully been provided in the garage for drinks.

The living room has a chimney and log fire and, the television is equipped for satellite. There is a separate cloakroom and a washing machine in the laundry room. A water softner system has been installed, which is a luxury for those used to the rigours of bathing in hard water.

The kitchen is open plan, and has a table for four. It is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob and an electric oven.

Sleeping accommodation

The villa has 4 bedrooms equipped as follows.
1 bedroom has a shower and small bath.
1 bedroom has a shower room and 1.4 x 2(m) bed.
1 bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi style bath and 1.2 x 2(m) bed.
The separate studio has two single beds and a shower with toilet.

The Area

The villa is five minutes walk from the shops of Les Arc, a cute village in the heart of the Var that is just 500 yards away. It is just a short drive of around 30 minutes to the beaches of St. Maxime and St. Tropez, depending on the traffic.

The airport

Nice airport is 1 hour 20 minutes by car and is well served by national carriers and budget airlines, which can offer spectacular discounts if you shop carefully (typically the earlier the better).

Price

3,000 Euro per week in July and August (less for other months).
