This villa is located in a rural setting, with a local store just a 5 minutes walk away, from where you can take your pick of holiday activities. Quiet beaches and pretty coves are within 5 minutes reach and you can be in Ibiza town or San Antonio within 25 minutes.

IBIZA VILLA FOR RENTAL

This rental property features heavy stone walls, a handmade terracotta tiled floor and is complete with original wooden ceilings. It is made luxurious by the fuirnishing and fittings that let you relax with ease inside or outside under covered terraces, shade or sun. What's a holiday in the sun without a hammock and the distant sound of family splashing around in the swimming pool!



The lounge is large to accommodate the whole family in comfort and features a hi-fi system and home theatre system. There are outside terraces for dining as well as a dining room. The kitchen is properly equipped, so that lavish family meals and simple snacks can be prepared in comfort and with enjoyment.



The Swimming pool is set in a private terraced area, complete with sundeck and sun loungers, as well as shaded seating areas. All this and wonderful sunset views too.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (5 bedrooms)

Two of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

LOCATION

The villa is set in a private and privileged position on a hillside, with a southerly aspect between San Lorenzo and San Juan. It's extensive grounds area planted with olive and almond trees.


The airport of Ibiza is 30 minutes away and the owner will gadly arrange for car rental from the airport.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Price

Priced from 1750 to 3000 Euros per week. 10% discount for two weeks, 15% for four weeks.

This includes water, electricity, cleaning (except kitchen) and towel service every day except Sunday, linen change mid-week and Saturday turnover.
