The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to sit
...and take in the views.
The apartment itself lives up to its Penthouse name because light simply floods into its white interior. There's simply no escaping that view, because the large windows and patio doors provide every opportunity to look out over the sea.
The interior layout and decoration of this apartment is very chic. Minimalists will appreciate the open plan dining and sitting room and elegant glass-topped table, but comfort has not been sacrificed for the sake of appearance... just look at that inviting sofa. Curl up in front of the view/fireplace/TV (you choose!) and relax.
The shared infinity pool right next to the apartment has panoramic views that stretch across the Mediterranean towards the Balearic island of Ibiza. In fact, water lovers are very well catered for, because the resort also has a private beach and large pool.
The apartment
Furnished to the highest standards, this apartment sleeps 5-7.The kitchen is fully fitted and reflects the high quality of this penthouse apartment. Appliances include a microwave, oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
An arched serving hatch with breakfast bar and stools links the dining area that seats 6. A mini hi-fi with CD player is provided on a matching glass-topped side table.
Larger meal-time gathering can be accommodated on the wide terrace that leads from the sitting area.
The Accommodation - 2 bedrooms
- The double bedroom opens out onto the terrace
- The twin bedded room has a hide-away bed (sleeps 3)
- The sitting room can also sleep 2 on the double sofa bed

The Area
The Cumbre del Sol resort offers horse riding, a restaurant, shop, bank, large swimming pool and the private beach. Nearby, there is karting and children's beach clubs. Also, a smart tennis club on the road to Moraira.Javea Golf club is just a short drive away.
The large resort pool in the centre of Cumbre del Sol is beside a restaurant and bar for al fresco dining and pool-side drinks.
Families will enjoy the world renowned theme park Terra Mitica, along with Water Parks and Oceanarium that are all within easy reach.
The cosmopolitan resort of Javea and Moraira are underdeveloped and fast becoming the most sought after in Spain.
Moraira, with its marina and sandy beaches compares with the best of the Mediterranean's yachting locations and is buzzing with restaurants and shops.
Javea offers the contrast of a long stretch of beach that is rarely overcrowded.
A short drive inland takes you to Cap de Nau, from where you can explore the many scenic walks in the area. Afterwards you can absorb the breathtaking scenery over a meal or glass of wine at the two fine restaurants.
Further along the coast can be found Denia and Altea, each with their own individuality.
